The usage of CMAP software product indicates your understanding and acceptance of the following terms. If you do not accept the terms of this license, you must remove this software from your computer system.

This software product is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the use of this product is assumed by the user. Neither Davenports Maps Ltd. nor any distributor assumes any liability for direct or indirect damages including any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising from any defects, or the use or inability to use this product, even if Davenports Maps Ltd. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Under no circumstances shall the liability of the software exceed the initial license fee.

The trial version of the product may only be used for evaluation purposes.

CMAP may not be used to create components or libraries for other developers. Upon licensing of the product, binary files produced by using CMAP may be distributed royalty free. The source code of the library may not be distributed by any means, without prior consent in writing, from Davenports Maps Ltd.

The CMAP product is Copyrighted (c) 2010 Davenport Maps Ltd., all rights reserved. This product is protected by Canadian and United States copyright laws, international treaties and all other applicable national or international laws. This software product and documentation may not be reproduced or translated, in part, or in whole, to any electronic medium or machine readable form, without prior consent in writing, from Davenport Maps Ltd. and according to all applicable laws. The sole owner of this product is Davenport Maps Ltd.

A license must be obtained for each workstation using CMAP.

Licenses are available for multiple work stations within a site. A site is defined as one geographical location delimited by a radius of 1 kilometre.

A license for multiple sites is available.

The license allows the licensee the use of the digital data.

The digital data (cadastral maps files and accompanying text files) within CMAP are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The optional "StreetMap.pdf" is available as a one year lease only and falls under the same licensing agreement as the CMAP application itself.

The digital data for the "Victoria" Area within CMAP which is comprised of cadastral maps and accompanying text files is Copyrighted (c) 2010 Davenport Maps Ltd , all rights reserved.
